Welcome to The Oracle of Life, a mobile application operated and owned by Nodens LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account profile or accessing this application, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound legally by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these rules, you are prohibited from utilizing this application framework.

1. Our Commitments to Safety & Privacy

• Absolute Privacy Matrix: Nodens LLC will do everything in their power to ensure your experience is private and that no one but you will be privy to your conversations. Your chat thread records are sandboxed locally. Even we, the developers of Nodens LLC, will be completely unable to access your private conversations with the Oracle.
• Service Constraints & Contingencies: Nodens LLC will do everything within reason to ensure the continuous functionality, data parsing speed, and active uptime of this application. However, you acknowledge that technical infrastructure exceptions or background maintenance issues may occasionally occur that can cause temporary server outages, network latencies, or response malfunctions.
• Regulatory Legal Compliance: Nodens LLC will ensure that all local, state, federal, and international laws regarding artificial intelligence deployment and physical data privacy bounds are followed to the absolute best of our ability.

2. User Responsibility & Commitments

• Non-Human Artificial Intelligence Awareness: You explicitly understand and accept that ‘The Oracle of Life’ is an artificial intelligence processing engine driven by digital language data networks, and is not an actual living human being, doctor, spiritual entity, or mental health professional.
• Recommendation Disclaimer & Full Accountability: The user accepts that all celestial advice, symbolic dream interpretations, astrological signs mapping, and daily serenity metrics received from the Oracle should be considered conceptual recommendations only. The user maintains full personal, physical, and financial accountability for their own actions, choices, and lifestyle directions.
• Medical Consultation Mandate: The user should consult with a living, certified physical physician or healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise regiment, ancestral physical alignment tracking, or severe diet changes suggested or implied through conversation threads.
• Protection Against Malicious System Manipulation: The user covenants that they will not attempt to exploit, prompt-inject, reverse-engineer, override, hack, or manipulate the Oracle of Life in any nefarious way. You agree to utilize this application strictly for its intended consumer spiritual calmness purpose.

In no event shall Nodens LLC, its directors, employees, or tech partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use this app or from any decisions made based on its generated recommendations.
